We are looking for an electrical engineer with significant construction management and inspection experience, or alternately an electrical / instrumentation & control inspector.  You would be reporting to one or more construction worksites in an industrial/plant environment, where you would perform inspections of elecrical power and control systems, coordinate facility startup & testing activities, and coordintate the resolution of construction issues with the owner and contractor.
