We are looking for an experienced Lab Planner with a minimum of 10 years of experience with academic labs, pharmaceutical, vivariums, and government lab planning. This role requires registration, NCARB and LEED are highly desired. This role will oversee lab planning activities for team, mentor junior level planners, and work closely with clients/users.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager this role, is responsible for programming, planning and detailed design, and administers Lab fit up projects for clients, applying knowledge of lab planning, architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes, and building materials for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources. Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval. Prepare client project presentations studies, and reports.
