Huitt-Zollars is currently looking for a Engineering Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge (PIC) for their Oklahoma City, OK office and operations. This full-time position will serve as a Principal-in-Charge and as a Project Manager on key projects in and around the OKC region. This position will work closely with Huitt-Zollars' Dallas area offices as well.
Overview: The Principal-in-Charge is responsible for the oversight and operations of projects within their Practice Area. The PIC ensures the Project Manager and/or Project Teams have the resources necessary to meet scheduling and budget commitments on projects. The PIC is the driving force behind project operations within the projects they are responsible to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget projects while maintaining communication and continuity with clients. The PIC is charged with directing, overseeing, mentoring, and evaluating the Project Managers and teams assigned to their projects.
