Healthcare Project Manager

Our client's Healthcare Design Studio in Irvine offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and varied project type exposure. Project types currently in our portfolio range from ground-up medical office buildings, OSHPD 1/2/3 projects, outpatient suites, skilled nursing/senior living, and everything in between.

Project Managers manage and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects while interacting with clients, monitoring project budgets and schedules, directing the project team and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. Project Managers also write proposals for new projects, collect consultant proposals, and further monitor new opportunities with the assistance of their Studio Manager.

Architectural Degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience in the project manager role working on healthcare architecture projects
• OSHPD 1/2/3 knowledge and experience required, primary project type is OSHPD 3
• AutoCAD and/or Revit knowledge required
• License and LEED accreditation a plus
