We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager.

Ideal candidates shall possess advanced knowledge of residential and commercial construction with a minimum of 7+ years experience preparing clear, complete, and accurate detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches, existing libraries and client specifications using the latest versions of Autodesk Architecture and REVIT. Utilize Autodesk software to provide support to Senior Architects by preparing detailed drawings.
Candidates with experience in AutoCAD, Revit and other design programs is a MUST. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a degree from an accredited university is preferable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces Construction Documents in compliance with Client’s requirements and production systems (Autodesk Architecture / REVIT / etc).
Prepares Design Development drawings of residential and commercial structures from sketches.
Modifies drawings by studying changes; redrawing assemblies, components, and parts; changing annotations; following redline instructions.
Work closely with Architects/Engineers/Project Managers to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in related field and 7+ years’ experience
Experience with Autodesk Architecture (NOT JUST ACAD) and/or REVIT Architecture required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must possess and exhibit a positive, “can do” attitude
Excellent communicator (oral and written in English), assertive, highly organized, determined to succeed, detail oriented and enthusiastic.
Ability to conceive new approaches, and streamline processes
Strong time-management skills with ability to multi-task.
Ability to recognize and solve problems without direct supervision
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT Architecture, Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3D rendering/drafting experience is a plus!
