Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3-5+ years of experience The candidate will be exposed to all phases of architectural projects from project field dimensioning to schematics to assisting with construction administration.
Essential Duties and Qualifications
- Site surveying / drafting of existing conditions in AutoCAD
- Drafting architectural plans
- Preparing construction documents
- Assisting with construction administration
- Preparing presentation materials
To Join Us, You Must have the following Capabilities:
- Understanding of construction drawings, requirements, and standards
- Junior Technical expertise
- Flexibility to go out in the field as well as office.
- Strong hand and CAD drafting skills.
- Expert proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to AutoCAD, MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Suite.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic, team player
- Ability to be flexible in multi-tasking and assignment adjustments.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with supervision.
- Sense of urgency, quickly responding to urgent matters
