What You’ll Do

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll wear many hats, making every day different and exciting. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Lead and Innovate: You’ll spearhead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring everything is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
  • Client Relationship Management: You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring their vision comes to life.
  • Business Development: Actively market our services, pursue new projects, and engage in strategic business development activities to drive company growth.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and insight to help them develop into future leaders.
  • Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality of engineering deliverables, providing critical feedback and maintaining high standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Use your deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems, create innovative designs, and oversee construction progress on-site.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least 10 years post-PE with a strong background in project management, leadership, and client engagement.
  • Licenses: Must hold a valid Professional Engineer license in the State of California.
