Healthcare (HCAI) Project Manager

We are collaborating with a client with offices in Orange County, CA and San Jose, CA hiring a Healthcare Project Manager. • 8+ years of experience (License is required.)
• Manage and strategically plan all aspects of assigned projects
• Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, including administrative and technical tasks
• Construction and/or engineering experience is highly valued
• Supervise a team of Project Architects, Engineers, and Drafters
• HCAi knowledge and experience is highly valued
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
• Opportunity for growth into roles such as Senior Project Manager, Associate Principal, or Principal Architect
