Required Education and Experience
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and at least one year of related work experience in New York City. Previous work experience should demonstrate your ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and mastery of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Summary of Responsibilities
The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the firm’s principal on a variety of real estate projects and transactions in New York City. Responsibilities include providing assistance with the management of design and construction, communications to clients, coordination with project team members, completion of financial analyses, management of project plans and budgets, and attending on-site meetings and walk-throughs to ensure projects are completed successfully.
