A full service environmental and civil engineering with environmental planning company with offices in Melville, NY is seeking a full time Civil/Engineer. We are a small, but progressive company offering exciting and challenging work, career advancement and an outstanding benefits package. We have openings for several environmental engineers and scientists with all ranges of experience, including recent college graduates to join our growing team of talented professionals. Candidates with field experience at construction sites and remediation clean-ups is a plus. Specifically, the candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and demonstrate that they have the requisite progressive experience desired. Practical “hands-on” experience is required, however, the successful candidate must also be a team player who is a self-starter and must possess good written and communicative skills to work within our close environment.
land development and site planning
preparation of environmental assessment statements
preparation of environmental impact statements
environmental permitting
Phase I and II site assessments
remediation design and implementation
solid waste management facility planning and design
brownfield knowledge site assessments and risk investigations
design of soils and groundwater remediation systems and their construction
Salary will commensurate with experience.
