  • Organize, schedule and facilitate meetings
  • Manage schedule and budget
  • Procure and manage the architect’s contract
  • Procure and manage the commissioning agent’s contract
  • Procure and manage the CM’s contract
  • Procure and manage various consultant contracts
  • Expedite the zoning and permitting process
  • Manage the design and construction phases
  • Provide reports as required
  • Prepare closeout docs
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Experience in preparing contract documents, division 1 specifications, RFP’s, RFQ’s, and Bid Packages
  • Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED
