Hill is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

• Manages the process to ensure all aspects of the project are appropriately communicated to all stakeholders. Develops and participates in informational presentations to various groups. Sr. Airport Manager, boards and commissions
• Manages all aspects of construction of assigned projects
• Manages and reports the scope, schedule and budget of the project
• Develops and implements project management processes specific to the assigned projects
• Manages RFI’s, submittals and other processes
• Prepares weekly and monthly project design and construction reports
• Coordinates design and construction support such as grand funds management, financial management, testing and inspections, design reviews, 3rd party cost and schedule reviews, regulatory reviews, public and private utilities, MOT-traffic, land restrictions and road closures, Union Pacific Railroad coordination, construction notices, tenant and stakeholder coordination, project turn-over
• Extensive prior experience managing large, complex phased construction projects with multiple stakeholder groups
• Previous experience with heavy rail, Union Pacific Railroad or structures projects
• BS Civil Engineering with PE preferred
• Must be able to commit to reside full time at the project management office
