Project Architect (2-6 years)

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a a project architect to work on both new-construction and renovation projects including custom single-family residences, multi-unit residential projects and commercial projects. The position will involve working in a team setting on all aspects of projects including documentation of existing conditions, design, analyzing code requirements, permit/construction drawings and communication with clients and consultants. We view this as a great opportunity for the development of a well rounded architect.

REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS

Graduate architect with 2-6 years of experience in an architectural office.
Strong skills in AutoCAD.
Strong design and technical/documentation skills.
Experience with 3D modeling/rendering
Critical thinker with ability to present ideas in both written and graphic format.
Enthusiasm for architecture and sustainability.
Understanding of building and zoning codes.
A positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to work hard.
We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in all aspects of architectural practice.
