ABOUT THE JOB
Project Leader: Assist in onboarding new work, Work through project goals, Work with the Design Principal to refine / produce design documents relative to the design phase. Identify technical issues and propose solutions, Develop construction budgets, manage design schedule, and delegate production tasks to associates.
REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS
Experienced in the design and production of highly customized single family homes. Licensed Architect. Do not respond unless you have this type of work in your portfolio.
