Currently hiring: Architect/Designer level-3/job captains.  3-8 years of experience Project Architect/Project designers. 8 -15 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry.  Commerical and/or Laboratory project experience is highly desired.

Seeking a talented, dynamic, creative Project Architect The successful candidate must have 4 - 8 years of experience working on projects from schematic design through the development of construction documents and exhibit strong design and technical expertise, excellent time management skills and the ability to balance immediate deadlines and long term goals. In this role, you will be asked to assist with, or manage, projects of varying complexity with keen attention to detail. An upbeat, enthusiastic, and positive attitude is essential. Requirements: + Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture + Registration preferred but not required + Solid knowledge of Revit are a must + Experience with mixed-use, multi-family, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and high profile commercial work preferable + Must be a strong collaborator and have the flexibility to travel

Reporting directly to the Project Manager this role, is responsible for programming, planning and detailed design, and administers Lab fit up projects for clients, applying knowledge of lab planning, architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes, and building materials for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources. Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval.
