The position of Project Manager requires a minimum of six years work experience. This position leads a team of architects and interns to take a large multi-family community project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. This leadership position includes coordination with Owners, consultants plus working with designers on elevations, site plans and building plans, and coordination of working drawings. The Qualifications We Are Looking For Include Strong knowledge of the production and coordination of Construction Documents Detail oriented, organized with leadership qualities, working well with a team Multi-Family experience a strong plus Autocad or Revit proficiency Sketch-UP experience Experience with Construction Administration Proficiency with code analysis including both building and accessibility codes Ability to Mentor junior team members
