Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a central role in coordinating and executing high-end residential projects from concept through completion. Working closely with the firm’s Partners, this position ensures that each project meets Cardello Architects’ standards of design integrity, technical precision, and client experience.
This role bridges creative design and disciplined project management. The Project Manager is responsible for translating the Principal’s design vision into well-documented, coordinated, and buildable solutions. They will manage day-to-day project operations, maintain communication among clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
The Project Manager also serves as a mentor within the studio, helping to guide junior staff, support consistency in documentation, and reinforce the collaborative, accountable culture of the firm.
