Job Captain : The Job Captain at Ideation Design Group works in conjunction with the Studio Director and Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the construction documentation process. Taking an architectural lead, the Job Captain maintains ownership of all drawings and assists engineers, interior and food-service designers, CAD Technicians and others throughout the permitting and approval processes while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.     The Job Captain also works in close capacity with clients while overseeing the efforts of the entire production team, so having an ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships is as essential as having a keen eye for design.     Who You Are :   The top team needs the top talent—is it you?
