We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to represent the firm to clients, manage the client's expectations and experience, and manage the overall performance of the A/E team. This individual will be integrally involved in business development for the studio. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide overall management of A/E team(s), delegating project tasks as required • Develop and maintain project work plans • Develop and maintain contractual agreements • Ensure budget and schedule compliance • Overall responsibility for consultant activities • Review time sheet edits and project invoicing • Assemble and maintain the project delivery handbook • Serve as single point of contact with the client, managing the client's expectations and experience • Chairs client meetings • Prepare reports indicating project(s) progress • Responsible for financial performance of project(s) • Responsible for invoicing according to the...
