The firm LAI Design Group is multi-disciplinary.  Designing buildings that range from multifamily, hotels, clubhouses, residential product development as well as occasional commercial/mixed use. You are experienced in the preparation of conceptual design, construction drawings, specifications, and all facets of construction administration. This is a highly collaborative, results oriented & fast paced studio environment.  The selected candidate must have great interpersonal skills dealing with internal team members, clients and contractors. Ability to bring a book of business and clients with you as part of your duties and compensation package is a must for consideration of this position.  You must be a Doer and problem solver.
