Job Summary: Provides strategic direction for preventative maintenance and repairs services for facility equipment (e.g., central plant operations, building management systems, safety systems). Establishes long-term goals for repairs and troubleshooting of facilities equipment. Reports to senior leadership on key metrics regarding preventative maintenance and repairs.
