So what will you be doing all day?

You would join us in our Los Angeles office as Senior Plumbing Designer/Engineer working on things like…

• Mentoring and guidance of other plumbing design staff
• Technical design on assigned projects
• Function as project manager on assigned projects
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Provide coordination of project designs with other disciplines
• Assist in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, and for renovations and additions to existing facilities

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you…

• Have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET EAC Accredited Program, a technical degree or certification and strong relevant experience may commensurate for bachelor's degree
• Have at least 7-10+ years of relevant experience in the design and construction of building plumbing systems
• Have experience in project management and a foundational knowledge of all building systems design disciplines
• Have strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Have relevant professional experience with a focus on retail, corporate interiors, restaurants, entertainment/recreation, sports, and office buildings
