Job Description
OJMR-Architects, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect (mid-level) with minimum 7 years of experience on REVIT based projects. The candidate must have excellent skills in REVIT and direct experience in multi-family, mixed-use and hospitality projects. This key role will require an individual who is detailed oriented, self-motivated, reliable and who can self-direct/manage with the ability to work with others, and provide mentoring / leadership in the office. Must be dependable and can handle multiple projects at once efficiently and in a timely manner.
Required experience and capabilities include developing accurate and detailed design and construction documents, coordinating consultants, planning approval/permitting related efforts, quality control, architectural detailing and directing other team staff in all aspects without extensive oversight from the Principal. Projects assignments are required from site preparation to building completion; the project manager oversees elements of the design and construction processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (5 year program)
Multi-Family, Mixed-Use and Hospitality experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience
Provide detailed examples of work product (two projects)
Field experience or demonstrate competence in checking shop drawings/submittals and RFI documentation processes
Competent level in AutoCAD
References required
