OJMR-Architects, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect (mid-level) with minimum 7 years of experience on REVIT based projects. The candidate must have excellent skills in REVIT and direct experience in multi-family, mixed-use and hospitality projects. This key role will require an individual who is detailed oriented, self-motivated, reliable and who can self-direct/manage with the ability to work with others, and provide mentoring / leadership in the office. Must be dependable and can handle multiple projects at once efficiently and in a timely manner. Required experience and capabilities include developing accurate and detailed design and construction documents, coordinating consultants, planning approval/permitting related efforts, quality control, architectural detailing and directing other team staff in all aspects without extensive oversight from the Principal.
