Your Role: Immediate opening for a Civil Design Engineer in Chicago, IL. We are seeking a self-motivated individual, interested in personal growth, who wants to be a member of our growing team. This person is expected to be in a key role on roadway and infrastructure design projects. Position requires the ability to serve as a responsible design engineer for project components and to coordinate with other design disciplines. It is important that this position can support project teams from initial planning through design to construction. The Job:  As a Electrical Engineer / Designer, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):  Electrical design and layout Document delivery coordination Load calculations Researching commercially available equipment Design drafting System design with direction from mentor and/or senior engineer Provide exemplary customer service to internal team members as well as clients The successful candidate will have: BSEE  5-10 years’ experience Knowledge of building codes Working proficiency in Revit Ability to perform multiple functions in a multi-deadline changing environment Ability to work effectively within a team orientated collaborative environment   Preferred qualifications for this role will include:  PE or EIT certification LEED accreditation or interest in obtaining Excellent communication and time management skills
