Directs the Planning Design & Construction Department staff and manages contract project management employees. Responsible for the flow of capital projects, assignment to staff and supervision of staff when needed to execute projects. As needed support staff to resolve technically complex problems resulting during the design and construction process. Responsible for budget and financial accountability of the Planning Design & Construction Department, including all capital projects managed by both internal staff and outsourced PM firms for projects up to $15M/project.
