13ZERO3 CONSTRUCTION is seeking a seasoned project manager to administer all general contracting contracts, track budgets, and assume responsibility for purchasing and project management. The Project Manager will be expected to interface with subcontractors, consultants, and provide oversight required for multiple projects. They will be responsible for meeting with clients to ensure smooth and timely project completion and may be expected to oversee and help develop other project managers, as applicable. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, Architects, and Engineers.
