The Mechanical Department of an integrated Architectural, Planning, Interior Design and Engineering firm in Southern California offers long-term career opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in design of HVAC systems for corporate, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and academic facilities.  He or she should be capable of independently performing various phases of commercial building HVAC design including: conceptual development, engineering calculations, documentation, specifications, and construction observations.  They will prepare drawings detailing the designed system (using Revit and/or AutoCAD) and prepare system design calculations (load calculations, Title 24).
