POSITION PROFILE We seek a creative Design Director with the ability to visualize and formulate concepts that transform dramatic natural settings in exciting and innovative ways. The Design Director will help to develop visual plans, with a focus on wellness of mind and body, community and being at one with nature. Key responsibilities include providing creative leadership to design environments that offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The Design Director will utilize practical experience to drive the layout and rendering of conceptual designs for our new experiential hospitality brand. In addition to creating unique designs for areas such as, tents, dining, staff housing, spas and landscaping, the Design Director will also build sustainable and unexpected experiences that are reflective of the local community.
