Job description www.parkworksus.com San Francisco Bay Area We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be in charge of details across multiple large-scale, custom mechanical parking projects. You will be involved with all facets of design decision making, tracking any and all changes as projects progress from concept to commissioning. In addition to design documents, you will need to understand and manage municipal permits and approvals, patent applications, shipping status and overall bookkeeping. You will interface with building developers, architects, engineers, and parking system manufacturers, to ensure the final product meets client needs.
