Project types currently in our portfolio range from ground-up medical office buildings, OSHPD 1/2/3 projects, outpatient suites, skilled nursing/senior living, and everything in between. Project Managers manage and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects while interacting with clients, monitoring project budgets and schedules, directing the project team and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. Project Managers also write proposals for new projects, collect consultant proposals, and further monitor new opportunities with the assistance of their Studio Manager. Architectural Degree preferred 5+ years of experience in the project manager role working on healthcare architecture projects OSHPD 1/2/3 knowledge and experience required, primary project type is OSHPD 3 AutoCAD and/or Revit knowledge required...

Qualifications: 2-3 years minimum experience working in Project Accounting within Architecture/Engineering or Construction or other related industries. Experience with full cycle Project Accounting, including contracts, billing, and accounts receivable Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Ajera (a product of Deltek) software is a plus Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline preferred Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills, written and verbal, are essential Well-organized and thorough are essential traits of the individual Other skills required: Payroll exp.
