We are looking for a seasoned healthcare architect to lead West Coast efforts of a healthcare design firm. Our client is looking for an entrepreneur with a minimum of 10 years of healthcare architecture exp., someone who enjoys the challenge of meeting new clients and building relationships. This role requires California registration, LEED, NCARB strongly desired. Local market knowledge of the Southern California Healthcare Market is highly desired.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Architect with both Healthcare but also Science & Technology experience in a College/University setting. This role is a "seller-doer" and our client has an outstanding portfolio to introduce to existing and new clients. Experience with Healthcare and/or Higher Ed markets in California is preferred but not required. OSHPD experience is highly desired. California License is required, NCARB is highly desired.

Our client's Healthcare Design Studio in Irvine offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and varied project type exposure. Project types currently in our portfolio range from ground-up medical office buildings, OSHPD 1/2/3 projects, outpatient suites, skilled nursing/senior living, and everything in between. Project Managers manage and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects while interacting with clients, monitoring project budgets and schedules, directing the project team and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. Project Managers also write proposals for new projects, collect consultant proposals, and further monitor new opportunities with the assistance of their Studio Manager.
