Hiring licensed architect (or possibly intern architect with) 5-15 years of experience for taking new and remodel residential projects from start to finish. Creative design skills, ability to hand draw, problem solving skills, and attention to detail are a must. Fluency with Graphisoft Archicad is very beneficial but we may also train the right person.
