Primary responsibilities will be working with and direction of architectural staff on building design functions for various Civic, Commercial, and Healthcare Studio projects. Responsibilities include preparation of conceptual and schematic design documents, design development, and construction documents including specifications to be used for permitting, bidding and construction. Role also includes coordination with consulting engineers including Civil, Structural & M/E/P. Designer may also work on construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, project inspections, client meetings and contractor interaction.
