Looking for an Architect or Architectural Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is excited about collaborative design, has strong verbal and communication skills, and willing to work on a diverse range of projects from residential to hospitality to industrial. Candidates should have strong technical ability with experience in all phases of project development from Programming/Schematic Design to Construction Observation.    Candidates must be proficient in Revit and Microsoft Word & Excel and it is preferred that candidates have some experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Salary will be proportionate with the candidates experience level.

This position will be primarily focused on Preparing traffic studies, detailed traffic/transportation design services and professional evaluation of traffic senerios. Qualifications for this position are 5 years minimum professional experience, with a BSCE degree from an accredited institution and a Professional engineering certification. The skills desired for this position are ability to maintain and develop healthy relationships with clients and approval agencies, team player, growth focus, desire to develop new skills, energetic, motivated , good communication skills, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience , solution oriented and ability to work independently. The expected salary for this position is $70,000-$95,000 depending on experience and the applicants ability to fulfill the desired skills.
