This person should be a licensed professional and ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who is looking to have creative control of their designs and allow their talent to grow. This role is for someone who has wanted start their own firm, but may be apprehensive due to the uncertainty in this decision. This person must be talented, have strong aspirations to succeed and a disciplined work ethic.
Licensed Architect
At least 8 years experience
An outgoing energetic person
Ability to market themselves
Ability to complete projects through all phases of design and administration
