The firm LAI Design Group is multi-disciplinary. Designing buildings that range from multifamily, hotels, clubhouses, residential product development as well as occasional commercial/mixed use.
You are experienced in the preparation of conceptual design, construction drawings, specifications, and all facets of construction administration. This is a highly collaborative, results oriented & fast paced studio environment. The selected candidate must have great interpersonal skills dealing with internal team members, clients and contractors.
Ability to bring a book of business and clients with you as part of your duties and compensation package is a must for consideration of this position. You must be a Doer and problem solver. License required. Stock options are available for the successful candidate.
Must be proficient in Revit as well as written and oral communications, construction documents and subconsultant coordination.
