The position will involve working in a team setting on all aspects of projects including documentation of existing conditions, design, analyzing code requirements, permit/construction drawings and communication with clients and consultants. ABOUT THE JOB Project Leader: Assist in onboarding new work, Work through project goals, Work with the Design Principal to refine / produce design documents relative to the design phase. Identify technical issues and propose solutions, Develop construction budgets, manage design schedule, and delegate production tasks to associates.
